Alumínium Turns into a Butterfly
2015.08.03.

Alumínium is sheltered temporarily by Andi, our “dog whisperer” volunteer at the dog department, ’repairman’ of many traumatized dogs. Her report is really interesting because we can follow Alumínium’s improvement day by day.

Noémi has just survived her major operation
2015.07.31.
Here is a brief update on the current state of Noémi, the splintered tiny baby dog. Luckily, she has survived her operation yesterday. Despite her teeny size and her fairly young age, she had no major difficulties to face. What is more, she has already conquered every heart with her cuteness.

We received a package from Kisvárda
2015.07.24.
We received a package from Kisvárda the other day  A small van of tiny, medium and big, shorthaired, longhaired, rough-coated, funny-toothed, pretty-eyed, blue-tounged, badass, timid, familial, lonely, coupled, water-lover, lively and calm new dogs have arrived. As you already know, at NOÉ Animal Shelter, 2015 is the year of helping countryside shelters struggling with financial problems. This means that not only do we organise days where our volunteers help them out, but we also try to lend a hand in adoptions. This time, 9 dogs of different breeds arrived from Kisvárda

A walk behind the scenes – Mariann’s reflections
2015.07.07.
The “Walk behind the scenes” programme at NOÉ is very popular. Whenever we advertise it, the free slots sell out immediately. No wonder, as these walks guide the visitors in small groups all over our site where they can listen to yet untold stories or can see and stroke animals they would not be able to in an everyday visit. Last Saturday in joint cooperation with Jótékonysági MacsKávézó CatCafé we organised a “walk behind the scenes” event. One of the participants, Mariann, was asked to talk about her experiences; thank you for the photos Kriszta, another participant of the event :)
