Many of you know our horse Carmen, after she survived a severe colic a few weeks ago. Her elderly body was very badly affected by the illness, she was already in poor condition, but it all came at a very bad time before winter, when we started the cold with her heartbreakingly thin. All the horses and equines at Noah's Animal Shelter Foundation are old and sick. Several of them have teeth that are beyond repair. Even on a special diet of hay, sugar beet and alfalfa pellets, many of them need extra help in winter.
We supplement their morning and evening feed with cooking oil, with success. Practically 1.5 litres of cooking oil are consumed daily, which means more than 45 litres per month. We would like your help in purchasing this!
Of course any brand and packaging is very good and a great help!
