He originally came into our care on 27.09.2020.


Chelsy has been living with skin disease in Mezőszemere for several weeks, he came into our care after a request for help.

Chelsy was brought to us without a chip, in a worn, wounded, furless condition. He was born around December 2018 and is a large bodied mixed breed male. Very friendly, incredibly adaptable, calm temperament. Unfortunately, he tested positive for heartworm on his rapid test and was confirmed by a cardiac echo, so we started him on medication and spot-on drip therapy. The therapy was successful, with 2 negative tests proving that he had overcome the heartworm. But in his case, special attention should always be paid to mosquito control!

The beautiful boy was adopted in 2021. They loved him very much, but his family's living conditions changed (we know, we know, that's why we would never get rid of a family member). So their living conditions changed, they have a bigger flat, and Chelsy's feeding needs to be taken care of because he has sensitive skin. So, poor thing, he was crushed and sent back to the shelter. :(

We are looking for a LOVING owner for Chelsy, who can forget all the bad things he has experienced in his life and prove to him that life is beautiful and he is a loving companion.
He can bring so much joy and happiness to his beloved owner. We are only looking for a home where he can be a full member of the family. We hope that the Angel who has been waiting for him will come and give him all that he may not have received so far in a safe home and love.
