Déva is a beautiful Kuvasz girl born in 2023.
Déva was already on the death list at a full-housed Heves County city pound. We saw the last cry for help from No Kill Hungary, who rescued her from the pound, and we were unable to get rid of her gaze, her smiling face… the poor thing had no idea that her death sentence had already been pronounced and she was only a few days away from her execution…
The Kuvasz, along with the other Hungarian breeds, is Hungaricum! What is trash to others is a real TREASURE to us.
Déva is even more beautiful in real life than in the picture, of course the new place, barking, many unknown stimuli scared her a little at first. Déva has since let go, seeks human company, hugs, demands care. Now she knows that love is good for her too.
She doesn’t know how to walk on a leash, we are now helping her with this. For now, all she can do is pet, give kisses and cuddle, but she is incredibly smart and intelligent. She will soon realize that walking and sniffing and gaining experiences is the best thing for a dog in the world.
She is a true, open-hearted dog who can be your loyal companion if you give her some time and lots of love.
We know that despite this, she is not a teddy bear. We are looking for a family for herm who loves her, provides her with security and is patient with her. Still, they can provide her with space and a loving home that meets the needs of shepherd dogs.

Déva is available for adoption after being vaccinated, microchipped and neutered.
