
The Noé Animal Shelter Support Club was founded by animal-lover volunteers, with the aim of establishing a fixed monthly income for the animal shelter, an income on which the Foundation can rely every month.
The Noé Animal Shelter Foundation is having serious financial issues without state subsidy and sufficient donation, however it is running the largest animal shelter in Budapest and it is currently caring for nearly 600 animals. Due to the lack of funding the future of the entire animal shelter is uncertain. There is not enough funding for feeding, operating, vaccinating the animals and for the operation of the animal shelter (water, electricity, etc.); the animal shelter is literally trying to scrape together the money for covering the costs. The founders of the Foundation have already turned all their assets, among others their inheritance and apartments into money in the last years, but these resources have depleted and they have run out of properties, cars and other assets to be sold, what’s more in 2009 they had to take out a loan of several million of Forints – therefore the help of animal-lovers is much needed.
You can also be member of our Club, if you donate at least one thousand HUF every month to the animal shelter.
The Animal Shelter appreciates of course any kind of contribution (any amounts) and any individual donation, even if they are not regular – however the aim of the Club is to establish a fix resource, on which the Foundation can rely and which can be used for covering urgent expenses. (This usually means the veterinary costs of the received animals, furthermore for covering their operation and medication related costs, which usually causes a big trouble for the Animal Shelter.)
All you need to do is to set up a direct debit on your bank account for a selected amount (a minimum monthly amount of 1000 HUF) to be donated to the animals, indicating “Support Club” in the comment box, in a way that the Foundation’s bank account (Bank account number:11710002-20083777) receives your donation by the 10th day of each month, and after the first bank transfer please send an e-mail to the noetamogatoklub@indamail.hu e-mail address stating that you have joined the Club.
After that you can prepare your personal profile on the website of the Club, which will be published when we receive your first direct debit and the maintenance expert of the website activates your profile. You will receive access to the forum of the Club, where you can exchange your experience with other supporters of the Club and you can get important information. Participation at the website and forum is of course not compulsory – everyone can participate according to their activity level and mood.
Too much information? Let us explain it in a straight-forward, simple way:
1. set up a direct debit for a minimum 1000 HUF/month amount on my bank account, indicating “Support Club” in the comment box, in a way that the donation is received by the bank account of the Foundation by the 10th day of each month, the bank account number of the Foundation is the following: 11710002-20083777.
2. indicate my intention for joining the club by sending an e-mail to and also indicate under what name do I wish to register on the website and at the forum.
3. register at the website of the Support Club.
4. register at the forum.
5. if for any reason I failed to indicate my nickname used on the website and forum, send it via an e-mail, so that the bank transfer can be joined with the used nickname.

Club members are published on the website under their own full name, nickname, initial, first name or even under the name of their favourite animal (e.g. a supporter can also be called Buksi dog). A company can also be a donating party. Members can indicate their personal data, e-mail addresses, birthdays and if they wish other data, which is visible to the other members, furthermore they can also upload their photos on the datasheet. (Members can decide whether they wish their monthly donated amount indicated on their profile; this is of course not compulsory.)
Club members can terminate their membership at any time, and/or their membership is automatically terminated if no donation amount is received for 2 months. Upon request we issue tax certification about the donations, which can be used for tax discount claims – - more info here!
