Summer, heat wave, holiday... holiday for some, peak season for us. Kittens found on streets, cats injured in accidents, they are all coming in a row. And our wait-list is longer we could even see where is its end. We really hope at the end of holiday season adopting season begins and we can have another wait-list for our masters-to-be. :)

Due to large number of new and injured arrivals our resources became empty, with the cooperation of our sponsors and volunteers we keep trying to survive this heavy period. We are very grateful for every small donations - many a little makes a mickle. :)

Our newest proteges:

Müzli, this fertile female had been on our waiting list. She is very kind and curious, her eyes need to be treated. First she should be neutered, after she will be ready to adopt. She's been waiting for her master.



Arion

Arion was found on the street. Completely adores humans, this small kittens life can't be imagine without loud purring and cuddling up. As soon as Arion notices any human being, can do anything for being loved, has very good appetite and fortunately completely healthy. By the way Arion is really unique by having brown fur, not black as seen on the picture!



These 4 kittens were thrown out in the gate of our shelter. They are all kind and lovable, waiting for their masters!

Hürrem

Hürrem has arrived from our waiting list, had previously thown out to a garden, full with dogs. Luckily, dogs' owner found her just in time, she is a playful cool little lady, waiting for her loving master!



Buszcica

Buszcica aka Buskitty, was found at a bus station, with an injured leg. Firstly, our vet examinated the casualty. The pelvic injury is old enough and there is nothing to do with it, no surgery needed. However, Buszcica's leg has no nerve sensation. We are still waiting, hope this will change, but if not, Buszcica's leg must be amputated. :(



Füge had arrived from our waiting list, beautiful and sweet little lady, who has been waiting for her master. She can only be adopted as an indoor cat!



These 4 little kitten were left in a carton box at front of our shelter. They are a bit shy now as they are startled yet, but with some love and patience these younglings will unlock the world in no time!

We were notified by Kéki (Bluey) - found on the street - with paralyzed hind legs. Although we have no money at all and needed to stop accepting new arrivals, we couldn't let Kéki on the street, rushed to the vet straight away! Luckily Kéki has no broken bones at all, already started to move those tiny little legs. Still recovering. Kéki has prospective!



NOÉ News

Fóka - finally at our shelter not at the vet - still recovering but already can use one of the back leg! Already started to use the litter for "big things", but still can't manage "small things". We really hope we will have more better news about Fóka's recovery soon. Really kind, lovely cat, fingers crossed!

Donna

Donna is a lovable, kind and sweet old lady! After her first shyness, she starts purring loudly as she's been very grateful for some love. We would like to find her a home where she can be the one and only cat, her dream would come true if her precious master could stroking and cuddling her most of the time. She still has been waiting for her one and only master!

Malibu és Hunter

They are both allergic to beef, this had been caused their diarrhea. With a good quality food what does not contain beef, they will have healthy life. They both doing very well, waiting for their masters desperately.

Vackor had already started begging for his dream master! :)



Dorombka és Mókás

Purring and Funny - are playful energy blasts. Friendly, open-minded little devils who can't have rest and playing all around, they can be really good and relentless friends to another cat. They are playing all day long with children, but sometimes they want to climb onto their owner's legs and haven't learnt what NO means. :) They are always ready to suckle on their temporary owner's neck and fall asleep.

Zebi

Zebi has changed a lot. Now we can see Zebi nutting and talking, already gave up the corner to hide in. Still driven by the food, but had already started to be a real cat. We recommend Zebi for homes without children, as sometimes bites their temporary owner's hand while stroking.



Lola



Unfortunately, we lost 7 of our kittens during the last weeks.

Moira's condition became worse, despite all treatment, died.



Nera suddenly passed away, due to illness.



Marcipán

Marcipan supposed to be poisoned, found on the street with enlarged kidneys. Despite to the rush to the vet and all the treatments, it was too late. :(



Szféra was a beautiful and lovely young cat, found on the street with paralyzed back legs. We took the kitten to the vet, and found out after the x-ray that Szféra had been previously shot by a gun! The bullet was near to the spine, was a very serious injury. The day after by morning, Szféra died at the veterinary clinic.



These two tiny, very, very young babies were found in a garden. We tried to feed them, but they were too young to save...



Romen supposed to had an accident by a car ran over, had infected open fractures, pelvic was broken in four places, even the hip was broken, a large injury on the tiny head, all their eyes were wounded. Romen had positive FelV and FIV tests. Despite all treatments, we had to let Romen pass the Rainbow Bridge... :(

Pillory! Our 3 members of the Tsar family, Anastasia C., Vitali C., Vladimir C. - Budapest residents - are accused with the suspiction of theft during the night. Their interrogation still in progress, with the charge of vandalism committed in groups. All suspects are pointing to each other at the moment.

Workout a la Cunami :)



One of our leaders, Timi had have heartbreaking moments over the last weeks. Her adopted cat Gombóc, ex-Merlin, died in leucosis.

I adopted Merlin one and a half year ago. As his carer, I fell in love with him! He really enjoyed living with our family, taking a long walk in our garden, having sunbath. He always slept with me every night, used to wake me up with a kiss every morning. Unfortunately we had too really short time together but I will never forget him! I was fighting with the time for 2 weeks with my every effort to ease his pain, tried to feed him with spoon and giving immune stimulant medicines, and prepared myself to let him pass the Rainbow Bridge by himself, but we couldn't have this chance. I had to let him go on Sunday, to his final way... God be with you my dear friend!
