Panda is a neutered, large tom, who was found lying on the road amidst heavy traffic in the 18th district. He is probably in shock, because he did not suffer any injuries, but was not responsive either. Good news is that he is recovering nicely and our vet has found him to be completely healthy! If his original owners do not look for him in the next two weeks, he will be ready for adoption.
